Oh Jesus, so much blue!! XD You've manages to tame it pretty well though~
When it comes to characters that have a specific theme colored outfit like this one, tinting the shading a bit to their complimentary colors (orange/brown with a dab of green maybe) balances it out, so that it doesn't invoke too much on a single color.

Anywho, amazing job dude! <3
